Description

This home is brought to you you by Brighton and Hove's bespoke prime residential specialist Claudia Romano.Check out @claudiaromanoproperty on instagram for additional film on this property.

A beautifully styled and thoughtfully designed three-bedroom home, perfectly positioned on one of Brighton’s most sought-after residential streets, moments from Seven Dials and within easy reach of Brighton Station.

Clifton Street is a characterful, design-conscious Brighton home in a genuinely enviable location, offering three bedrooms, superb reception space, private outside areas and a level of finish that makes it ready to enjoy from day one. Combining period character with a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic, this is a home that has been finished to an exceptionally high standard throughout.

The ground floor has an immediate sense of warmth and character, with a generous double reception room providing a wonderful central space for both relaxing and entertaining. Beautifully decorated throughout in a carefully considered Farrow & Ball palette, the room has a wonderfully calm and sophisticated feel, with a wood-burning stove creating a natural focal point. At the rear, doors lead out to a balcony area, providing a lovely connection with the outside and an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The kitchen has been equally thoughtfully considered, with a stylish finish and excellent storage. A door leads directly onto a private patio area, while the property benefits from an impressive amount of additional storage, making this a particularly practical home as well as an exceptionally attractive one.

Also on the ground floor is a beautifully appointed utility and bathroom, complementing the elegant interiors found throughout the house.

The first floor is arranged over split levels, creating an interesting and characterful layout. There is a particularly lovely study, decorated in on-trend Farrow & Ball tones, providing an ideal home-working environment or peaceful space away from the main living areas.

Two further bedrooms are found on this floor, both enjoying the same considered approach to decoration and design. An additional shower room completes the first-floor accommodation.

The attention to detail throughout is immediately apparent. The house has been finished to a really high aesthetic standard, with Farrow & Ball colours, beautiful wood panelling, carefully chosen finishes and an excellent balance between period character and contemporary design. The result is a home that feels stylish and individual without losing its sense of warmth and practicality.

Clifton Street is superbly positioned for enjoying the very best of Brighton. Situated within easy reach of both Brighton Station and Seven Dials, the property offers an enviable combination of excellent transport links, independent amenities and easy access to the city centre.

Seven Dials is particularly popular for its village-like atmosphere and excellent selection of independent cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and everyday amenities, while Brighton Station provides convenient rail connections for commuters and those travelling further afield.

From here, the vibrant North Laine, Brighton city centre and seafront are all readily accessible, with the city's renowned restaurants, bars, theatres, galleries and shopping districts close by. The area also offers an excellent choice of independent businesses and local eateries, giving residents plenty to explore without having to venture far from home.

For those looking for a Brighton lifestyle, this is a location that really delivers: peaceful yet elegant residential surroundings combined with the energy and convenience of the city just moments away. In short, not one to be missed!

What the owners say....

Living in the heart of Brighton with such easy access to everything the Laines has to offer, from great independent coffee shops to fantastic restaurants, has been amazing for our family.
The one minute walk to Brighton station has also been perfect for commuting to London or heading away for the weekend with ease. The beach is also a short walk away and the downs for countryside walks close by too.

We love all of the period features of our home; the high ceilings, Victorian fireplaces and wooden floors, as well as the split level layout which gives the house a lovely flow. The house is full of light thanks to large bay sash windows and the garden is a great space to relax and enjoy the sun.

It's also on a lovely, friendly and quiet one way street which offers a real community feel in the centre of the city with great neighbours enjoying summer street parties and festive drinks together. It's a fantastic home and we will really miss it!
