A substantial five-bedroom detached family home offering exceptional flexibility, generous living space and a superb open-plan kitchen, dining and family area.

Grand in appearance and highly versatile inside, The Keat has been thoughtfully designed around modern family life, with five double bedrooms, two en-suites, a dedicated study and impressive open-plan living accommodation.

Upon entering the welcoming hallway, the study is conveniently positioned immediately to the side, providing the perfect space for working from home, studying or creating a quiet hobby room.

The spacious lounge is an ideal place to relax and unwind, with French doors opening onto the rear garden allowing plenty of natural light into the room and creating a seamless connection with the outside space.

At the heart of the home is the impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and family area. This generous space is perfect for entertaining, family gatherings or simply keeping an eye on the children while preparing dinner. There is ample room for a large dining table as well as a comfortable family seating area, while French doors provide direct access to the garden.

A separate utility room adds further practicality, with its own external door providing convenient access to the garden — ideal for muddy boots, coats and everyday family life.

Upstairs, the central staircase leads to five well-proportioned double bedrooms. The principal bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes and a private en-suite, creating a comfortable retreat away from the rest of the home. Bedroom two also benefits from its own en-suite, while the remaining three bedrooms are served by a spacious family bathroom featuring both a separate bath and shower.

The flexibility of the accommodation means bedrooms four and five could also be adapted to suit individual needs, whether used as children's bedrooms, guest accommodation, a second home office or hobby space.

Outside, the property benefits from a private rear garden, providing an excellent space for outdoor dining, entertaining and family life.

About Urban & Rural Property Services, Toddington

16 High Street, Toddington, LU5 6BY
Industry affiliations:

Toddington is a beautiful village designed and built around a large central green which provides a delightful focal point for the almost 5,000 residents that call it home. It is positioned five miles north-north-west of Luton, four miles north of Dunstable and six miles southwest of Woburn and offers superb commuter access to the M1 as well as the nearby mainline railway stations in Harlington and Flitwick.

Dating back to the thirteenth century the village now offers a vibrant, bustling feel, combined with an authentic sense of community and has a wide range of shops including hairdressers, beauty salon, opticians and traditional bakers. It is also well served by three public houses, The Oddfellows, The Bell and The Griffin, in addition to Red Chilli offering high quality Indian cuisine.

Schooling within the village operates on a three-tier system with St George's Lower positioned on Manor Road, Parkfields Middle nestled in Park Road itself before moving onto Harlington Upper School located less than three and half miles, or 8 minutes, away, with all having a particularly good reputation.

On the Northern edge of the village is Toddington Manor which is a stunning Tudor Manor house with a deep, rich history predating the Norman invasion of 1066, visited by Elizabeth I in 1563 where she knighted the owner, Henry Cheney. In more recent, light hearted village history Kevin McCloud, presenter of TV show Grand Designs was born and raised in Toddington, English poet William Blake is said to have drunk in the, now converted, Angel pub, whilst child actor Jack Wild, best known for his role as the Artful Dodger in the film Oliver is buried in the parish cemetery.
