"We have absolutely loved living here and are genuinely sad to be leaving what has been such a wonderful home for us.

One of the things we have loved most is the location. Wood Street has such a lovely community feel - friendly, familiar and the kind of place where people look out for each other. We are just a few minutes’ walk from Wood Street station, with direct trains into Liverpool Street, while Walthamstow Central and the Victoria line are only a couple of minutes further away. It has made getting into central London incredibly easy while still giving us a real neighbourhood feel.

We have also loved having so many great local spots on our doorstep. Walthamstow Village, Pure Muscle Gym and East of Eden have all become part of our routine, while Dudley’s is our favourite place for brunch and Chocolatine is a must for a fresh sourdough loaf and coffee.

The flat itself has been a fantastic home. The storage is particularly brilliant - we have a huge cupboard that we affectionately nicknamed “Narnia”, which has somehow managed to fit everything from our Christmas decorations and multiple suitcases to, more recently, all the big baby things!"

We have also found the layout really versatile, with both of us working from home and plenty of space to have dedicated working areas in both the bedroom and living room.

We especially love the green outlook and balcony, where we have enjoyed many sunny morning coffees. Having access to the private residents’ garden is another lovely bonus and makes the flat feel much more connected to the outdoors.

We recently decorated the flat and have always been really impressed with the quality of the build, upgraded appliances, and finishes. The building is also very well managed, with the management company being responsive, communicative and fair whenever we have needed them.

We will be very sad to leave, but hope the next owners love living here as much as we have."
