We have loved living here. The street is quiet and neighbourly, whilst also having the benefit of the many amenities and transport links on Church Road. We are sandwiched between the green spaces of St George Park (looking out to the trees from the back of the house is lovely) and Avonview Cemetery. We have other nearby opportunities for walks in nature at Trooper's Hill, along the river and St Anne's woods as well as being in easy reach of the city centre. The best of both worlds!

The home

Living in St George
Hedwick Avenue is a residential road close to the ever-popular Church Road, an area with so much to offer. Nearby St George's Park is one of the city's most popular parks, providing a kids play area, tennis courts, a cafe, a skate park and a lake. The area has many exciting independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, like the very popular Native Vine, Red Church and The Bristol Loaf.
The shops and cafes of Easton are also easily accessible via the Bristol to Bath cycle path, including Staple Bakery, Garden of Easton and Bristol Sweet Mart. There are several well-regarded schools in the area, meaning this is a popular spot with families. For commuters, it's a short journey into Bristol city centre by bus, bike or car, whilst also being just a short drive from Bath and the motorway networks. From this side of the city centre, Bristol Temple Meads is just a short journey away.
