The house is in Gavalochori of the municipality Apokoronas, in a central area of the village close to everything you need for your daily living. It is a two-level building, each of which has been designed as an independent apartment. They share a courtyard, which is surrounded by a high wall so that, despite the central location, it has complete privacy.

The courtyard is accessible by a double-leaf modern door, which has a stone arch. Just before, the road has a short opening, which, while it does not belong to the house, somehow allows you to park almost privately. The airport of Chania is about 45 minutes' drive.
