The room houses the staircase to the first floor, while a door leads directly into the conservatory. The conservatory is a fantastic addition to the accommodation, benefiting from a proper solid-style roof which gives the space a much more comfortable, room-like feel and allows it to be enjoyed throughout the year. Double doors open directly onto the rear garden, creating an excellent connection between the house and outside space. The kitchen is positioned separately from the lounge/diner and is finished in a modern style. A range of fitted units provides ample storage and generous work surface space, while there is also room for free-standing appliances. A window overlooks the rear garden, allowing plenty of natural light into the room. Returning to the entrance hall, the downstairs WC provides a useful additional facility for residents and guests.
Moving upstairs, the landing provides access to all three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The main bedroom is a particularly generous double room, offering plenty of space for a double bed and additional free-standing furnishings. Built-in wardrobes provide excellent storage while retaining plenty of usable floor space. Bedroom two is also a spacious double bedroom with room for a bed and further free-standing furniture, making it ideal for a child, guest room or additional reception-style space if required.Bedroom three is a well-proportioned single room, currently arranged with a single bed and desk. The room would also work well as a nursery, home office or dressing room. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom, which is a good size and fitted with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. A window provides natural light and ventilation.
OUTSIDE
To the front of the property is a small garden which adds to the kerb appeal, with a pathway leading to the front door. To the side of the terrace is an access road leading through to the property`s allocated parking and garage, located en bloc. From the parking area, a gate provides convenient access into the rear garden. The rear garden is a lovely feature of the home and benefits from a west-facing aspect. A patio area wraps around the rear of the property, providing an excellent space for garden furniture, outdoor dining and entertaining. The conservatory opens directly onto this area, making it particularly convenient during the warmer months.
