The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is also easy to get around the city centre on foot, and public transport links are good. Overall, the area feels convenient and is a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been very helpful and responsive. Whenever I have had a question or raised an issue, the staff have been friendly and willing to help, and communication has been clear and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how convenient the location and facilities were before moving in. Everything I need is within easy reach, and the building has been very comfortable to live in. I would recommend new residents take some time to explore all the facilities available in the building.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the great monthly activities and events. They are a really nice part of living here and I would love to see even more of them in the future.

the sense of community in this building is something really awesome. having events on often is a great way to get to know the people you live with. had i moved here alone, i’d never have to feel lonely living here

Quiet but really close to shopping, restaurants and central Cardiff. A couple of blocks we really quiet coming back at night, but I didn’t observe any anti-social behavior.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No specific problems with the apartment but really helpful in navigating renting an apartment in the UK as a foreigner.

Nothing specific. We are so pleased that we chose Verse Cardiff for her graduate year at Cardiff University

All aspects of the local area are great. This complex is close to everything and only a short distance to Cardiff Uni for those who are students.

As someone who had just moved to the UK, I had not expected everything to be as good as it was in this apartment complex. I felt comfortable enough to know if I needed absolutely anything the employees would be there to help me out.
