Just a few minutes from Sineu, one of the best-known towns in the heart of Mallorca, Son Marrón is an exceptional historic country estate of impressive proportions. The finca is administratively part of Lloret de Vistalegre, although its location and access are strongly oriented towards Sineu. Situated on the old Palma–Sineu road, the property combines close proximity to Sineu with absolute tranquillity and an expansive Mallorcan landscape.

The estate extends over approximately 759,000 sqm, a scale that has become increasingly rare on the market in the Sineu area.
