The property occupies a good-sized plot in its exclusive use and is located just steps from a large sandy beach of the municipality Platanias. The nearby beach combines organized areas with quieter stretches and is known for its clear waters. A seafront road runs alongside it, ideal for walking, cycling, or jogging. Along the waterfront, you will find a selection of cafés and restaurants offering well-regarded local cuisine. Daily amenities such as a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and regular year-round public transport connections to Chania and Kissamos are all within walking distance. The center of Platanias, less than a 10-minute drive away, provides banks, a post office, and a wide range of shops. The city of Chania and Chania International Airport are approximately 30 and 40 minutes away by car, respectively.
