ACCOMMODATION This Furnished Studio Apartment offers a private and secure space for professional occupants requiring flexible short-term accommodation within Lincoln City Centre. The accommodation is provided under a Hotel Booking Agreement, offering the convenience of a hotel-style arrangement while providing your own private apartment rather than a traditional hotel room. The Studio is furnished and self-contained, with an Open Plan Living and Sleeping Area, Kitchenette and En-suite Shower Room, providing a practical space for the duration of your stay. Gas, Electricity, Water and other applicable household bills are included within the agreed rate, providing a straightforward arrangement with no separate utility accounts to manage. The property also benefits from access to Communal Gardens and a shared Laundry Room. If required, a cleaner can attend the apartment every two weeks, with bed linen changes also available by prior discussion. Rates are negotiable and based upon the duration of stay. 

OUTSIDE The Suite has access to Communal Gardens and a shared Laundry Room. Parking is available within the local area, however there are no Parking Facilities included with the Suite. 

OCCUPANCY/TERM This Suite is available for Short Term occupancy and will not be subject to a Tenancy.  

SUITE RATES The Suite is available to book on a weekly or monthly basis and rates will vary depending upon the length of occupancy. Rates are from £900 per month. A fixed utility charge is payable in addition to the suite rate. No Deposit is payable. Council tax charges are not applicable.
