Accessed from the road, a gate leads to a path to the front porch. A hardwood door opens to the porch which in turn leads to the hallway.
The hallway gives access to the sitting room and dining room and stairs rise to the upper floor.
To the right of the hall is the cosy sitting room which has a window to the front and wooden floor. There is a central feature of a Jotul multi fuel stove which sits on a slate hearth surrounded by traditional stone mantel.
The dining rooms sits to the left of the hall and has a multi-fuel stove which can also be used for cooking. The stove sits on a slate hearth with mosaic tiling and wooden mantle. There is plenty of space for a dining table. An opening leads to the kitchen.
The galley kitchen has a window to the rear and a range of floor units and shelving offering good storage. There is a gas cooker with gas hob which are included in the sale.
Returning to the hall and stairs rise to the upper floor landing which has three storage cupboards, which gives access to the two bedrooms and bathroom.
Both bedrooms are double in size with built-in cupboards, coombed ceilings and windows to the front.
Completing the accommodation is the bathroom which has a three-piece suite in white comprising, WC, wash hand basin and bath with tiling around and shower over.
Outside
