Description

A beautifully styled three-bedroom home where contemporary interiors, a newly landscaped garden and a fantastic location come together. From the herringbone flooring and sleek kitchen to the private suntrap decking at the bottom of the garden, this is a home with plenty to get excited about.

Five things our current owners love about their home:

1. We absolutely love our newly landscaped garden, especially the decking area at the bottom. It`s so private and is a fantastic suntrap, making it our favourite place to relax when the weather is nice. Whether we`re enjoying a quiet afternoon outside or having family and friends round, it`s a brilliant space to spend time in.

2. We love the herringbone flooring throughout the downstairs, which gives the whole ground floor a lovely modern feel. The kitchen is another favourite, especially since we added the breakfast bar. It`s such a handy place to sit and enjoy meals together, and it makes the kitchen feel even more sociable.

3. We love how accessible the house is for travelling to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. Having train and bus connections nearby makes commuting and getting around so convenient, whether it`s for work, shopping or a day out.

4. Having Cambuslang Park just a short walk away is fantastic. There are some lovely walks to enjoy, and the swing park is brilliant for the kids. It`s great being able to get outdoors and enjoy some fresh air without having to travel far from home.

5. One of the things we love most is how bright and airy the house feels. The natural light makes such a difference throughout the day, and having three genuinely good-sized double bedrooms has been brilliant. There`s plenty of flexibility for family life, and nobody has to compromise on bedroom space.

The lounge is bright and inviting, with a stylish black feature wall creating a striking contrast against the neutral decor. A large window brings in plenty of natural light, while the generous layout provides ample room for comfortable seating. The herringbone style flooring continues through the ground floor, giving the home a lovely sense of flow and a modern, coordinated finish.

The kitchen is another standout feature, with sleek grey cabinetry, contrasting worktops and a stylish splashback. The owners have added a breakfast bar, creating a relaxed spot for everyday meals, morning coffees or catching up at the end of the day. There`s also room for additional dining furniture, making this a practical and sociable space that works particularly well for family life. A door provides direct access to the rear garden.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are doubles, giving buyers plenty of flexibility as their needs change. The main bedroom is beautifully presented, with fitted mirrored wardrobes and its own ensuite shower room. The remaining bedrooms are equally appealing, currently arranged as a child`s bedroom and nursery, but easily adaptable for guests, older children or a dedicated home office. A family bathroom completes the first floor, while a convenient WC is located downstairs.

The garden is a real highlight. Recently landscaped, it offers a fantastic combination of lawn, patio and a raised decking area at the far end. The decking is particularly special, enjoying a private position that makes it a wonderful suntrap for relaxing, entertaining or spending summer evenings outdoors. With plenty of room for children to play and several areas to enjoy, the garden has been designed to make the most of outdoor living.

A driveway and integral garage provide further everyday convenience, while the property`s position in Cambuslang puts local amenities, transport links and Cambuslang Park within easy reach.

Pyotshaw Way is situated within a popular residential area of Cambuslang, offering a convenient setting for families and commuters alike. The surrounding area provides a range of local shops, supermarkets, cafes and everyday amenities, while Cambuslang town centre offers further shopping and dining options.

Cambuslang Park is within walking distance and provides an excellent outdoor space, with woodland walks, open green areas and a children`s play park. It`s a lovely local attraction for families, dog walkers and anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors.

The area also benefits from convenient public transport connections, with rail and bus services providing access towards Glasgow and Edinburgh. Nearby road links offer further convenience for those travelling throughout the Central Belt.

With excellent local amenities, outdoor spaces and commuter connections, Pyotshaw Way offers a great balance of comfortable residential living and everyday convenience.
