Public transport is super accessible with frequent buses and train links nearby, Living around here is a solid mix of convenience and quiet. We've got a great spread of independent cafes and reliable local shops.

The views from the building are so nice and it’s very sound proof!

The area has a good range of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, and there are also some open spaces within walking distance. Public transport is convenient, with bus stops and train stations easily accessible. The street is generally quiet and safe, although traffic can sometimes be a little noisy. Parking is available but may be limited at busy times. Overall, it is a convenient area for daily life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been responsive and helpful. They have listened to my concerns and dealt with any issues promptly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the actual wall colours are slightly different from the ones shown on the website. The website shows a warmer colour scheme, while the actual apartment has different wall colours. I also didn’t realise that there is no TV provided.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living on my street is pretty enjoyable, you can access supermarkets, bars and restaurants with just 2-5 min walking. There isnt too much traffic noise and it is a safe area. I did not see any trash outside, the street is clean and tidy. It is close to trains and some buses so it is easy to connect everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were helpful, there was a slight problem with the bin chutes and they responded to it immediately, they are very fast, efficient and effective.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that postcodes, letters and parcels may be a bit confusing since the building is new and the system (maps, delivery websites, etc.) may not recognise the building immediately.

Living around Makers Place by Moda is really convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, plus some nice open spaces. Transport links are excellent, especially Snow Hill station and the nearby tram and bus routes. Overall, it’s a nice quiet and convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been helpful and quick to respond whenever I’ve raised any questions

The concierge team are also always happy to help if you need anything. Makes a big difference

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the apartment is very good. The surrounding area is very quiet and not noisy. There are also convenience stores nearby. However, the garbage room of an apartment has not been opened yet. Every time you throw garbage, you have to go to the parking lot, which is very inconvenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will respond very positively every time. Solve the problem very quickly.

I hope the garbage disposal area on each floor will be built as soon as possible. The parcel store will be completed as soon as possible, so that I don't have to bother the front desk every time I pick up the express.
