The local area offers amazing amenities, offering bars, restaurants and places to chill out with a nice view.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have an app we can report any issues to and they will sort it from there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how busy the roads can get past 5pm. With us being located by the business district it can be packed at this time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely, coming from an island it is very different way of life, but it's definitely an exciting change. Callum on concierge was super helpful when moving in and was always there to lend me a helping hand.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been sorted quickly through the Moda Living app, making things really simple to get fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the noise from the Bus Yard over the road, however it isn't always loud, only on match days, and thankfully won't be here after summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in the Lexington area of Liverpool. One of the good things about living here is that it is close to many shops, restaurants and other local facilities. There are also good transport links, making it easier to travel to other parts of Liverpool. The area has a strong community and there are plenty of things to do nearby. However, there are some disadvantages. The area can sometimes be busy and noisy, especially at certain times of the day. Traffic and parking can also be difficult. Some people may also feel that there are areas that need improvement and better maintenance. Overall, living in the Lexington area has both advantages and disadvantages. It is convenient and has good access to local facilities, but noise, traffic and some local environmental issues can make it challenging at times.

They respond really quick and fix things instantly

I wish I knew about the lifts, sometimes they tend to act up.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Drinks in the local area are definitely above average!! Loveeee going there with the little group of mates I've made at The Lexington.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I had were dealt with efficiently and with urgency.

I wish there was more option for more trollies as there is only two

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've lived here for just over a year and the experience I've had here has been AMAZING! Local bars such as the Malmaison have become our local and we love having a drink there. You don't need to leave the building to have fun though, the concierge team Callum and Caitlin are amazing at what they do.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a leak when I first moved here, and it was sorted really quick thanks to the help of the maintenance team and Kyran.

There is nothing negative I can put my mind on right now, the team and the local area does this place enough justice.
