The area is well connected and convenient, with shops, restaurants and transport options close by. There is naturally some activity and noise at busy times, but overall I enjoy the location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I raised concerns about an unpleasant smell from the drains and fridge after moving in. The team were made aware of the problem, and I appreciated being able to raise the issue with them directly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would recommend checking the apartment carefully when first moving in and reporting anything that needs attention straight away. Apart from the initial cleaning issue, my experience has been positive.

I find the neighbourhood convenient for everyday living. There are good transport options and a useful variety of shops and places to eat. It can be busy at peak times, but overall the location works very well for me.

I would suggest new residents familiarise themselves with the building and surrounding area early, as there are useful facilities and services that are easy to overlook at first.

Living here makes getting around quite easy because there are useful transport connections nearby. Shops and places to eat are also accessible, so most everyday needs can be handled locally.

I haven’t needed to raise any serious issues, but the team have been quick to assist whenever I have needed information or support.

It would have been useful to understand more about the local area beforehand because there are quite a few convenient places nearby that I only discovered after moving in.

I would have liked more time to explore everything around the development before moving in, as the location has more useful amenities nearby than I initially expected.
