Cortijo Cuatro Vientos is located in the urbanisation of Cortijos de San Rafael, between Nerja and Frigiliana, on a plot of 2,800 m². The plot holds two separate houses, a gym / studio and a pool, with the remaining land laid out as gardens and terraces. Two families, or one family and its guests, can each have a house of their own here. 

The main villa

The main villa is on one floor, with 184 m² built and 142 m² of terraces, and has solar panels and a 5kwh battery. A porch leads into the entrance foyer, and from there a hall connects the bedrooms with the living areas. The living and dining room is the heart of the house, with a fireplace for winter evenings and a curved wall of windows that keeps the room bright. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep it comfortable in summer, and doors open out to the terrace at the side of the house. Beyond it, a fully fitted kitchen opens straight onto the back patio, so meals move outside easily.

The guesthouse

The guesthouse stands apart, also on one floor, with 112 m² built. It has its own hall, living and dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, so it works as a complete home in its own right. The living room and bedroom 1 open through double doors to the outside covered patio, and bedroom 2 opens onto a 55 m² terrace. In addition, the roof terrace provides further outdoor space separate from the main villa. It suits family who come for long stays, or a relative who wants to live close by with a front door of their own. It could also be rented out (subject to license).

Gym/studio, storage and parking

On the west side of the plot is a second parking area with its own separate access, currently used as a service yard for garden waste, with two storerooms alongside. In front of it, beside the guesthouse, is the gym/studio, with steps down to an adjoining patio. At 27 m² and with its own shower room, it means a morning workout needs no drive into town.
