From the southwest-facing terrace, there are open views across the ocean, with plenty of afternoon sun and a lovely sense of peace. The apartment is part of a quiet residential complex surrounded by gardens, so it feels private and away from the busy streets.
It’s located in Holiday Valley, in San Eugenio, and sits one level below the entrance. There are stairs and no lift, but this also means the apartment feels tucked away and quiet. It looks out onto the green areas of the complex rather than directly onto other buildings.
The apartment is 48 m² and has a simple, practical layout. The living room connects to a semi-open kitchen, which has been renovated and works well without taking over the living space. There is one bedroom and one renovated bathroom.
The terrace is almost 12 m² and really adds to the apartment. With the views, the afternoon sun and the peaceful surroundings, it’s an easy place to imagine spending most of your time.

For me, the main things that make this apartment special are the open sea views, the terrace and the quiet setting. It would work well as a home, a holiday place or simply a base in the south of Tenerife that you can enjoy from day one.
