4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I really like living at The Saxons because the area is generally quiet and peaceful. There are a good number of shops, restaurants and takeaways nearby, which makes it easy to get food and everyday essentials. I don't drive, so having convenient public transport is important to me, and I find it easy to get into the city centre. I haven't experienced any major issues with noise or litter, and overall I feel comfortable and safe living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been really good whenever I’ve had an issue. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and make sure things are sorted in a timely manner. Overall, I’ve been really happy with how responsive and helpful they are.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I honestly wish I had known how quickly I would feel comfortable here. From a viewing, you can see the space, but you don’t really get a feel for how homey and well laid out everything is until you actually live here. My main tip would be to take some time to settle in and make the space your own, because it can feel like home surprisingly quickly.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is very convenient, being close to Leicester city centre, with a great range of restaurants and local shops all within walking distance. There are also very good transport links, including the Hop bus. Parking availability is good, although I don’t drive myself. Bin collections are weekly and the area is generally well kept. I also haven’t experienced much traffic noise, which makes the street feel peaceful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive and helpful. I haven’t raised any issues but I have recieved information in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing . I can’t think of one. Every information I knew before I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very convenient, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Transport links are easily accessible, making it straightforward to get around. The local area is generally quiet and pleasant, although parking can sometimes be limited and traffic noise can be noticeable at busier times. Overall, it is a convenient and enjoyable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond quick and in a timely manner. They react fast to problems
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how much the overall experience depends on the day-to-day building management and communication. The development itself is great, but having a better understanding of how maintenance requests, communal facilities and general queries are handled would have been helpful before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Saxons has been a fantastic experience. Its location is exceptionally convenient, just a one-minute walk to Haymarket Shopping Centre and John Lewis, The community is international, welcoming, and well-managed. The only drawback is the limited parking, which means some residents need to park at a facility about a five-minute walk away. Overall, it remains a wonderful place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Normally I get immediate responses from the building management when questions raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The approval process is a bit complicated, it would be better if the process can be simplified.
