Offering an abundance of versatile accommodation, the ground floor is particularly impressive, with a choice of generous reception spaces, including a lovely light and airy sitting room with a feature fireplace, alongside a spacious kitchen/dining room. The latter is fitted with a range of modern units and integrated appliances, complemented by a breakfast bar, bay window and separate utility area, creating a fantastic space for everyday family life and entertaining.

There are several well-proportioned ground floor bedrooms, including one with its own en-suite, together with a further contemporary shower room. A generous conservatory provides an additional reception space, overlooking the garden and offering a lovely spot to relax throughout the year. The property also benefits from three air-conditioning units, thoughtfully positioned in the sitting room, principal bedroom and guest bedroom with en-suite, providing additional comfort throughout the home.

Upstairs, the impressive principal bedroom enjoys fitted storage, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding shower and separate jacuzzi bath, together with access to a delightful roof terrace boasting beautiful countryside views.

The current owners have lovingly upgraded the property, with improvements including new fitted wardrobes, a BAC Fineline front door, upgraded internal doors and windows, and new radiators throughout, creating a home that has been carefully enhanced while retaining its welcoming character.

Outside, the rear garden offers a wonderful combination of lawn, patio and mature planting, providing the perfect setting for summer entertaining and evenings outdoors. To the front, a substantial paved driveway provides ample off-road parking, alongside a garage and a spacious shed/workshop.

The property is ideally situated for enjoying village life, with Sholden's local amenities, primary school and village stores close by, whilst the neighbouring seaside town of Deal offers an excellent selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, historic attractions and its much-loved seafront and pier.

A fantastic home offering space, flexibility and a wonderful village lifestyle, with the added benefit of being just a short distance from the coast.

Location Summary

Deal is a town situated in Kent, which lies on the English Channel, eight miles north-east of Dover and eight miles south of Ramsgate. This former fishing and mining town became a 'limb port' of the Cinque Ports in 1278 and grew into the busiest port in England. In 1968, “Middle Street” was the first Conservation Area in Kent, its quaint streets and houses a reminder of its history along with many ancient buildings and monuments including, most notably, Deal and Walmer Castles . Today it is a seaside resort with its award-winning High Street, high-speed train Links to St Pancras and independent shops. An array of cafes and pubs sit along the picturesque seafront that is home to a sweeping pier.
