Our Vendor Says....
''We purchased our family home 20 + years ago and it has been an amazing property to raise our children.
Being within proximity to Esher station has had significant benefits for us commuting to London and the children for school and socialising. It's a 3-minute walk to the London bound platform !
Our home has been at the centre of our family life, entertaining and the layout of the accommodation has learnt itself perfectly to this - both inside and outside. The garden has been a joy ! ''

Esher is located in the borough of Elmbridge and makes up part of the so called 'Golden Triangle' with Weybridge and Cobham completing the group. It is renowned for its royal links and the area is often voted as one of the very best places to live and raise a family. The town centre is a hub of activity with various pubs, bars and cafes along with an Everyman cinema, a Waitrose, and the world famous Sandown Park Racecourse. There are a range of local shop with more extensive high street and designer outlets at nearby Kingston upon Thames and Richmond. For the commuter, Esher train station (within very close proximity to the property) provides routes to London Waterloo in under thirty minutes and the A3/M25 trunk roads give easy access to international airports at Heathrow and Gatwick.

The whole area is incredibly popular with families due to the array of state and private schooling on offer including Claremont Fan, Milbourne Lodge, Hinchley Wood, ACS and Esher Church School to name but a few.

Whether it's for adults or children there are always things to do; river walks along the Thames, dog walks through the common, golf at one of the outstanding local courses, dry slope skiing, go karting, health clubs, tennis clubs or even a visit to one of the historical sites nearby such as the stunning Hampton Court Palace.
