Beyond the living room, an inner hallway provides access to a convenient downstairs WC and a handy storage cupboard, helping to keep the home organised. From here, a further door opens into the spacious kitchen/dining room, designed for modern living. Fitted with a range of contemporary base and wall units, the kitchen also benefits from an integrated oven, hob and extractor fan. Natural light floods the room through a rear-facing window and French doors, which open directly onto the garden, creating the perfect setting for entertaining guests or enjoying family meals.
Upstairs, the landing provides access to a useful storage cupboard, three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The principal bedroom is a particularly attractive space, benefiting from two windows that fill the room with natural light, along with dedicated wardrobe space. A second double bedroom offers comfortable accommodation for family members or guests, while the third bedroom provides flexibility as a child's room, dressing room or home office. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom, conveniently positioned to serve all three bedrooms.
