5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We’ve really enjoyed living at Bendix. The apartments are modern, clean and well maintained, and the shared terrace is a great addition, it’s a nice space to relax and enjoy when the weather is good. The resident events are also a lovely touch and make it easy to meet other people living in the building. The location is another big plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making everyday life really convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team have always been quick, friendly and helpful when we’ve raised any issues. They keep us updated and make sure things are dealt with efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The events that Bendix put on are a great and unexpected perk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were quick and efficient to sort things out. Especially Ryan, he is a great handy man that fixes everything. Very good guy and he gets the job done and quick. He always had a solution for things and I much appreaciate that and also the fact that things were sorted out as soon as!

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The noise ain’t great but it’s city centre living I suppose, shops are fine etc. Would be nice to have like a vending machine or something for communal spaces.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yeah generally fine, but I was gaslighted once by a repair man who said my window wasn’t supposed to fully open, only to have the next repairman say it should and it was simply a building defect.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The window scrapes my ceiling and causes damage, I really wish these things were checked before listing and fixed before we moved in.
