Just a short drive away is so so much to choose from, almost too much lol! Noise levels are so low too!! I would have liked a small store for bread and milk etc within a closer walking distance ! But other than that everything is brilliant!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I was called within the hour for follow up questions,booked in,, and then Within 48 hours everything was fixed and sorted.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. I came to view the property a few times! And was kept well informed all the way up until it was ready! So I had plenty of time to see everything I needed to!

The development is located close to Hythe which is lovely. The development itself has ample parking in the area we are in and is lovely and quiet

We haven’t yet had any issues to be able to judge the property management side of Leaf Living.

I wish we had heard of Lead Living before - we’d have moved in ages ago!

Local shops are good transport good.We dont use local transport as we have a car but the bus stop is situated just outside on the main road which is good. Bloomfield Gardens is a nice road to live on right opposite the park. Would have been good if they had put 2 street signs on either side of the road so when you come from main entrance you can see our road. Lots of people dont know where Bloomfield Gardens is because only 1 sign not on right side of the entrance 🤔 Parking okay. Not had any anti-social near us. No traffic noise. Bin collection good just a shame some neighbours dont put their bin away after and leave for a few days out.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very good. Kept us informed. Had a problem with my front door and they came and fixed it straight away.

Internet is awful 😖 Front garden bad quality nothing level in front garden the drains are all other the place and so are the man covers.

As we are new tenants as of yet we haven’t found anything bad to say. We are very happy here it’s out of the way and generally quite peaceful

Yes they have unfortunately I wasn’t around when they were able to look at my issue . However were able to offer an amidst for me

Wish I’d known about you earlier as I’ve rented for a few years now. Daisy the sales team lady was an absolute star from beginning to end very professional very honest and made you feel at ease no pressure tactics. The area we are in there are still building works going on but I certainly wouldn’t let that put anyone off living here
