4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: 20 min walk to Arndale, bus coming every 3 mins to Picadilly and city centre. Not a noisy location, haven't had issues with anti social behaviour. I feel safe when I walk early morning in the area Bad: Extremely limited free parking spaces. Long waiting list for on site parking and it is a bit expensive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I went on holiday and accidentally turned off my fridge. I've emailed them with this issue and they went on my flat to turn it back on the same day. They're very responsive so far.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew we cannot choose internet and energy providers. The energy provider is not the cheapest on the market.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location. Since its close to a cement plant, there's always works ongoing in the neighborhood which keeps it noisy even at night. The area is quite dense as many high rise towers are together.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. They have an app through which issues can be raised and it gets resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Build Quality could have been much better. Washbasin in bathroom not designed very well

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Old field wharf is a great place to live, plenty nice cafes shops around. Only a 15-20min walk into the city centre. So close to the city, yet the area around Oldfield Wharf is so nice and quite.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been willing to help with any issues or problems we have had. Security is also very friendly, Sammy is always welcoming and happy to help with parcels etc. it’s nice to have someone friendly greet you on the way in and out of the building!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I generally don’t have any issues with this building or the management team. We love living here. The only thing I would say is that emails could be more prompt to the building residents when any issues arise. For example, when there has been water issues with the whole building, residents could be notified sooner. More drama is created by people guessing what the issue is.

The local area is great and very convenient. Everything we need is close by, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafés, and the transport links are very good. It’s easy to get around and we’ve had a really positive experience living in the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and helpful whenever we have had any questions or issues. Sami in particular has been amazing and always makes sure everything is dealt with quickly. He is very friendly, supportive and always happy to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I honestly don’t have anything negative to mention. The experience has been very smooth and the building is even better than we expected. Everything is convenient, well maintained and close by, and the staff are always available when we need help.
