Lot 2 – Land at Nurton
An additional 232.11 acres of land, contained within a single ring-fenced block, is situated approximately
4.6 miles from Lot 1, immediately outside the village of Nurton.
This lot is offered separately by way of a 5-year Farm Business Tenancy (FBT).

Lot 3 -
Buildings at Burnhill Green
The buildings at Burnhill Green are situated on a concrete yard and benefit from mains electricity and water, within a secure site. The accommodation comprises a grain store with a capacity of 1,260 tonnes, extending to approximately 12,000 sq ft, together with a range of agricultural buildings providing approximately 27,000 sq ft of accommodation, currently utilised principally for storage.
The Landlord has secured Class R permitted development rights for commercial use of approximately 8,500 sq ft of the agricultural buildings, providing potential for future diversification. These buildings are identified on the accompanying plan as the central range, labelled No. 2. Full drawings relating to the Class R central range buildings are available upon request.

Location

incoming Tenant will therefore have the opportunity to consider and develop an appropriate environmental and
