Happy with the development setup

Few months I have lived here ,I really like the way the development is set up with a lot of social spaces for reading and relaxing. The amazing employees of building make life very easy like Molly. Also like Peter because always smiling with tenants. Moses help us shopping ideas and local shops.

Enjoying my apartment

A quick walk to the town centre and shopping at mall and self ridges . Also for food dining. Really useful to have desk manned day and night. Peter, Molly and Moses have been very useful since moving in the apartment providing support with check in and settling down.

I give it 5 stars

This is an amazingly nice, new building with many facilities in place like gym, study areas and lounges. Management is ready to assist in your needs and social events. I have met Peter who assisted with shopping and Moses also helped with deliveries. Any questions are answered clearly.

Seven Stars! Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Place to Live

I am genuinely so happy to be living at Makersplace Birmingham. From my very first enquiry in May through to moving in, the whole experience has been exceptional. Everything feels like a premium service, not only because of the building and facilities, but especially because of the professionalism, respect, kindness and high standards of the team. A very special thank you to **Charlotte**, who supported me from my first approach in May 2026. From initially selecting my apartment and arranging the documents to patiently answering all my questions while the building was still under construction, she made the whole process much smoother and less stressful for me. She has always been incredibly professional, patient and respectful. **Eve**, thank you for making my key collection and move-in day such a lovely experience. You were charming, caring and professional, and most importantly, an amazing listener. **Moses and Peter**, the two lovely gentlemen on the night team, are always attentive, even to the smallest things, and take action immediately. A special thank you to Moses, who even helped me assemble something one evening when I was struggling with a tool. His willingness to help and professional attitude really impressed me. **Stacey** always welcomes you with a lovely smile and warm greeting and immediately takes note of anything you need. The **maintenance team deserves seven stars!** On one occasion, they arrived in less than an hour and took the time to explain everything in detail. They were patient, respectful and extremely professional.**Tom** also deserves special recognition. He works incredibly hard to keep everything great, clean, nice, tidy and looking its best. Thank you very much time for all your actions. I met **Molly** for the first time on my move in day, and as soon as she realised I was a new resident, she gave me such a warm and lovely welcome. **Sophie** has been equally welcoming and friendly.Overall, everything here feels like a premium service, from the respectful and highly professional attitude of the team to the quality of service they provide. I am truly happy to live at Makersplace, and so far it has met all the standards I was looking for in my new home.Thank you to the whole team! ❤️

Amazing staff members

Well thought design of the whole building with high quality furnishings all arranged in a welcoming way. I believe the most amazing is the welcoming members of staff from the first day Moses, Molly and Peter have been incredibly helpful with getting to know all the building, getting help with parcels,bin locations etc
