Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything we could possibly need is nearby which we are extremely grateful for. There is never a need to travel outside our local area for any necessities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Paul helped us swiftly when we had an issue with our balcony door. Top man.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I had know how good the area was I would’ve moved here a long time ago!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, super close to Marlybone and 15-20 minutes walking distance to Mayfair. Right next to Regent’s Park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a small issue with my bathroom and on house maintenance was here the same day and fixed it. Also very helpful with the new laws and regulations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s pretty much all as expected. Easy to talk to the management and no problems on my side.

    Triangle Yard, LS1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A very central location. The train station is down the road and the university is only a 20 minute walk away. Being so close to Wellington Place gives the atmosphere of the area a very safe and prestigious feel. Tesco express and Sainsbury Local are only a short walk away and numerous dining options available to residents in the vicinity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've responded very quickly to anything I have raised!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that there were available trollies for my boxes - otherwise I wouldn't have hired movers for my stuff!

    Anchor Works, CF10

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area that Anchor Works is located in is fantastic for the proximity to Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay. It is approx a 10 min walk to the bay and slightly over that to the City Centre. Public transport links are good with Cardiff bay station a short walk as too is Cardiff Central station. Regarding bin collections, there is a substantial bin area with all of the necessary bins for various types of recycling. Traffic noise isn't too bad. The road isn't majorly busy within the 2 weeks I have lived there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, most certainly. Any queries or issues I have had, the management have always been on hand. This has never seemed like an issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure what size the bed is before buying you bedding as they very and my eye clearly isn't as good as I think!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living so close to NQ is amazing. NQ is THE neighbourhood of this city and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The noise/ traffic is the only bad thing but it’s a price you pay. (The windows are a Amazing and almost no noise comes in if they’re closed)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great, no issues. They act fast and resolve issues to high quality

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, amenities and area is great. It would be nice to see ila working with more local businesses
