5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
An excellent location to live in. I have lived in the property for over 3 years plus and its one of the best places I have stayed. The local area is a lovely place to live, with a good range of shops, restaurants and essential amenities nearby. Public transport links are convenient and make travelling easy. There are also pleasant open spaces nearby for walking and relaxing. Overall, it has been a positive experience living in this area, and I have enjoyed the convenience and comfort it offers. I would happily recommend the area to others. Only downfall is lack of car park spaces in the building, but you do not need a car as everything is walkable or close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In the three years plus I have lived here, I have never faced any major issues especially in my property. It is of good standard. Any minor I have faced, very easily gets resolved and rectified within 24- 48 hours. T
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish to have known about the car park spaces - the limited amount and there are no space for visitor car parks.

Super convenient location right opposite the tube and with a huge grocery shop, food shops and high street all in close proximity. Guest parking is available on request. Building facilities include a nice residents communal lounge, gym and guest suite available for booking which has been great for family visiting.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
pigeon issue was dealt with effectively, lift issues are addressed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
other residents are nice, socials are sometimes arranged for residents, intercom access technology could be improved

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location with easy access to all the amenities of sheffield centre. Right next to a tram stop and 15-20 minutes walk from main bus stops and train station. A very convenience Tesco Express is basically across the way for quick groceries with a larger store about 10 minutes walk away. No anti-social behaviour encountered while here and no noise complaints. Dont drive but general observations and hearsay is that parking can be limited.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have always been helpful and have resolved any issues I've had.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As previously mentioned, heating and corridor soundproofing although both where very minor for me. Deliveries going to wrong address which happened twice over 3 years, definitely always add additional delivery instructions for tilt works reception if possible. Everything else was fairly described and what I was expecting.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The neighbourhood is safe and just a short walk from the city centre, the only downside is there is a bit of an uphill walk into the centre and other bits around as well. Kelham island is just down the road and there is R1se yoga studio nearby and other gyms like pure gym just down the road as well. There is on street parking, and you can get a space. But sometimes it is difficult and many other people are also trying to use the free on street parking. And the traffic wardens seem to patrol a few times a day around this area so getting a ticket is not uncommon. There are also free events around Easter, Halloween, Xmas where you can meet the neighbours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very good all in all, I have always had my issues fixed. Sometimes it needs a bit of a reminder but I have had no major issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The surrounding area can be a bit of a hilly walk.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Tilt Works is well placed within Sheffield, with most popular areas in walkable distance. To get further afield, the tram stops right outside the building to you can quickly reach areas in the city that aren't as close or head straight to the train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The customer service team at the Tilt Works are excellent and go above and beyond to help residents. They also understand the needs and feelings of the residents and can offer them help or advice when needed. In the past, we've been able to approach the building management about maintenance issues and they have worked quickly to resolve the issues. In other cases, the customer service team have been incredibly helpful and understand with issues between residents and respectful living.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Prepare to bring/buy your own storage! Also, be aware that this is a student area and to expect that whilst the residents of the Tilt Works are mostly respectful and quiet, the surrounding areas can have some noisy late-night revellers.
