Living at Platform Edinburgh has been a really positive experience. The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within easy reach. There are also lots of nice places nearby to walk, relax and enjoy Edinburgh. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and easy access to the tram, making it simple to travel into the city centre and other parts of Edinburgh. The surrounding area feels pleasant, clean and well maintained, and everything I need on a day-to-day basis is easily accessible. Overall, I really enjoy living here and find the location convenient, well connected and a great place to call home
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been very polite, approachable and helpful whenever I have raised any questions or concerns. They respond professionally and make a genuine effort to resolve things quickly, which I really appreciate.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing in particular. Everything has been as expected, and my experience since moving in has been very positive.

The local area is a really convenient and enjoyable place to live. There is a great range of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby, with plenty of options for everyday needs. Edinburgh city centre is also easily accessible, which gives you even more choices for shopping, dining and entertainment. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and trams making it very easy to travel around Edinburgh and commute to work. The surrounding area is pleasant, clean and well maintained, with nice open spaces for walking and relaxing. I’ve found the neighbourhood welcoming and comfortable, and everything I need is within easy reach. Overall, I’m very happy with the location and really enjoy living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been friendly, helpful and responsive whenever I have raised a question or needed assistance. Communication has been clear, and any concerns have been handled professionally and efficiently. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the support provided by the management team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how convenient and comfortable living here would be. The facilities and communal spaces are even better when you actually start using them regularly. A tip for new neighbours would be to explore all the facilities early on and make the most of them. The friendly atmosphere and helpful management team also made settling in much easier than I expected.

There’s loads of cafes and restaurants on leith walk which is nearby (10-15 min walk). Transport links are great as there are multiple bus stop within a five minute walk and tram stop is 10-15 min walk. There is no traffic noise and there is parking, it is first come first serve though. Bin collections happen frequently as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been quick ti respond to any questions I have had and here is also a 24/7 receptionist.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There loads of facilities if you want to work from home and residents also sell stuff for cheap and sometimes free in the community.

The connectivity is really good, the bus stop is nearby and the tram is also 10-15 minutes walk. I like that we have a big park nearby as well though supermarkets are a bit far but not far enough to be called an inconvenience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've felt that most of the management team are mostly clueless about a lot of things, they are generally respectful but clueless.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't realise there was no microwave, missed that when I viewed the property.

great area close to so many things and only 15 minutes into the main centre of city. i don’t hear any traffic noises mainly because i am on top floor
