Description
Turnalt Farm is an impressive and diverse rural holding comprising a traditional three-bedroom farmhouse, a farm steading and an extensive area of in-bye and hill land extending in total to approximately 1,575.10 hectares (3,892.15 acres).

In addition, the holding benefits from an established renewable energy asset in the form of an owner-operated 250kW hydro scheme, commissioned in August 2016. The hydro scheme is operated by Turnalt Hydro Limited, which is for sale as a going concern. There is a formal lease in place between the Turnalt Hydro Ltd and Turnalt Farm in order to ensure optimal operating conditions as the result of restrictions on water catchment land use and the lease also sets out the rental agreements between the two entities. A copy of the lease and operating information is available following the signing of a non-disclosure agreement with the selling agents.
Overall, Turnalt Farm represents a rare opportunity to acquire a substantial and well-equipped upland hill farm with significant residential, agricultural and income-generating assets.
