There are also a variety of sporting and leisure facilities locally, together with a number of golf courses in the wider area. Whitchurch and the City of Chester offer a more extensive range of shopping, leisure and other amenities and are both readily accessible.

The entrance hall provides access to a cloakroom, an understairs cupboard housing the hot water cylinder, and stairs to the first floor.
The principal living space comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with bi-folding doors opening onto the front patio and rear courtyard. The living area enjoys far-reaching countryside views and features engineered oak flooring and an electric fireplace with a timber surround.
The fitted kitchen has granite worktops, a Belfast sink and tiled flooring, together with built-in appliances including a fan oven, hob with extractor, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A utility cupboard provides space for a washing machine and a tumble dryer stacked above.
