There are a number of things a Property Owner requires from his or her Estate Agent. Here are some of the things we at Tower Estates pride ourselves upon

Honesty

Politeness

Efficiency

Professionalism

Punctuality

Confidentiality

None of these things cost a penny, but all come as standard when you use our service.

For the majority of people, the greatest investment they will ever make is one involving property. If you have decided to sell or let your property, the next most important decision to make is who you will use to handle the process. You need to be sure that the company you choose can achieve a fair sales or rental price and find you suitable buyers or tenants, handle the necessary legal documents and then monitor the process to ensure swift progression of the sale or throughout the tenancy. You need a company that is easily contactable and one that will act quickly should any unforeseen problems arise.

Tower Estates (Scarborough) Ltd. is such a company.

We pride ourselves on giving excellent service and offer a complete package for all our Vendors and Landlords.
