5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
1 month + into the tenancy now. Things have been smooth so far. Helpful staff members, special mention to Kareena. Good transport link via Elizabeth line and multiple store options close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responsive team members. Personal experience was with the top-up for hot water and needing to put the code manually. Supportive staff.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just the quickest way to access the Elizabeth line. Just figured out last week that this is 3 mins from Aquifer house walking instead of the 8 mins that I had been using previously!

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
train station is a few minutes away , quite a bit of noise from traffic lots of shops nearby , parking on site is expensive
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
they don’t really respond to emails that you sent them. In fact I sent an email about the drop off and pick off and then they decided to completely ignore that. I think they lack the skills for the Jobs they’re doing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had a concierge that would be so poor. I should be able to pick up my parcel at any time of the day but no.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My local area is a pleasant and convenient place to live, with a good variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés within easy reach. There are also lovely parks and green spaces nearby, providing opportunities for walking, exercising and relaxing. Public transport links are excellent, with convenient access to buses and trains, making commuting to central London and other areas straightforward. My street is generally quiet, peaceful and well-maintained, with regular bin collections, good access to local amenities and a friendly residential atmosphere. Overall, I am very happy living in this area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been professional, helpful and responsive. Communication has been clear and efficient, and any questions or concerns have been addressed promptly and effectively. Overall, I am very satisfied with their approach and the support provided.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient and pleasant the area is for everyday living. The excellent transport links, nearby shops and local amenities make daily routines much easier. The development also has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, which is something you can only fully appreciate after living here. My advice to new neighbours would be to explore the surrounding area and make the most of everything it has to offer.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Ilford is rough but the closeness to the station with elizabeth line makes up a great deal of the location. Personally, I do not feel safe in this area however, I feel very safe in the building. Security is always seen.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not raised any problems. But I suspect it would have been taken into consideration.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew of Ilford more as a location but this is no fault of Ilia’s. I wish I knew that the private green access is extremely limited.
