IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You’d find a home full of thoughtful design choices, with warm tones and carefully chosen finishes creating a welcoming feel throughout. The open-plan kitchen and living area is particularly inviting, with wooden flooring, soft furnishings and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light. The kitchen makes a lovely statement with its rich plum cabinetry, dark worktops and integrated appliances, while the adjoining dining and lounge areas offer plenty of room for everyday living and entertaining. From here, the private roof terrace is a real highlight, beautifully arranged with outdoor seating, planting and space for dining. It’s easy to imagine long summer evenings spent here, enjoying the open skies above the city.

Both bedrooms are beautifully presented, with soft neutral tones, plush carpeting and plenty of natural light. The principal bedroom feels particularly restful, while the second offers flexibility for guests, family or working from home. Two contemporary bathrooms complete the apartment, both finished with dark tiling and clean, modern fittings, including a bath with shower overhead in one and a walk-in shower in the other. Throughout, the interiors feel cohesive and carefully looked after, with allocated parking and dedicated bike storage within the development making everyday life that little bit easier.

WHAT ELSE?

- East Village is moments away, with its independent cafés, restaurants and neighbourhood favourites, while nearby Westfield Stratford City offers an extensive choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

- Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is close by, offering beautiful green spaces, waterside walks and cycling routes. The London Aquatics Centre, London Stadium and Copper Box Arena also provide fantastic sporting and leisure facilities right on your doorstep.

- Transport connections are particularly impressive. A convenient cut-through from the rear of the development makes Stratford Station an even shorter walk, with Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth line services alongside DLR, Overground and National Rail connections. Stratford International is also close by, offering high-speed trains to St Pancras International in just seven minutes, as well as services towards Ebbsfleet and the Kent coast. There are also proposals for future direct international rail services from Stratford, potentially opening up connections to Paris and beyond.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

"We’ve absolutely loved living here. One of the biggest things we’ll miss is the location, East Village is right on our doorstep, with a great selection of cafés, restaurants, as well as Westfield, and the Olympic and Victoria parks just a short walk away. It has a real neighbourhood feel while still being incredibly well connected to the rest of London.
We’ve also recently redecorated the apartment, so it feels fresh and ready to move into.
Our favourite spot is undoubtedly the large private roof terrace. It gets sunshine throughout the day and becomes an extension of the apartment, great place for morning coffee and evening wine.
It’s a home we’ve really enjoyed, and the combination of the private space, East Village lifestyle and fantastic transport connections will be very difficult to replace!"
