The property is around 15 minutes from Loudéac and Lac de Guerlédan. The lake offers beaches, water-based activities, bars and restaurants, as well as opportunities to enjoy the surrounding countryside via the numerous walking trails. Loudéac provides a wider range of shops and everyday services.  It’s about a 40 min drive to the coast and a 90min drive to Saint Malo ferry port.

Other towns and villages in the area that are well worth exploring include Pontivy, Josselin, Ploërmel, Saint Brieuc and Guémené.
