Traditional Security Deposit - Tenants can choose to pay a refundable security deposit equivalent to 5 weeks' rent, in line with the maximum amount permitted by law.

Reposit – Low Deposit Option - Alternatively, The Residence offers the Reposit low deposit option, meaning you do not need to pay a traditional 5-week security deposit. Instead, a non-refundable fee is payable to Reposit, subject to their terms and eligibility criteria.
