Description
The dining table can seat six people easily and the floor to ceiling storage cupboards next to the kitchen/lounge area mean that the living area feels spacious and uncluttered.
Need to soak those tired ski legs? The bath is the place for relaxing in after putting in the turns on the piste all day. Always nice to have the option of a bath or a shower!
The bathroom is modern with a separate WC next door.
The bedroom is a generous size; it currently has two single beds but could take bunk beds or a double bed.
There is a ski locker in the residence and a cave (communal) for personal belongings should you choose to rent the apartment out when you're not using it.
Le Boulier is a small residence with only 18 apartments and is well maintained. The lift is private and accessed with the use of a key fob. It does not have private parking but this end of the village has plenty of parking spaces right outside both sides of the residence
The residence is just a short walk (150m) to the Mont Blanc piste and the bars and restaurants of Les Coches. If you fancy using the Espace Paradiso swimming pool and spa in Montchavin, or walking round the beautiful village you can catch the Montchavin bubble from Les Coches or the shuttle bus in the evening.
In just 4 chairlifts, you can be at the Roche de Mio (2739m) and then take the bubble to the La Plagne glacier. Les Coches gives you village living but high altitude skiing. If you fancy going further afield, why not take the Vanoise Express gondola which links La Plagne to Les Arcs. The beauty of Les Coches is that you have a short ski to get on this double decker, speedy (4 minutes in winter) cable car to open up the 425km of pistes in Paradiski.
In the summer, there is a huge amount on offer; the Motorsportive day in June draws in people from all over with incredible sports cars, truly a sight to behold; seeing a Ferrari whizz round the bends of Les Coches. Don't worry, they close the roads!
Walks, mountain bike trails and activities for the whole family are on your doorstep. A short drive to the valley and whitewater rafting along the Isère river can be on your agenda for the day.
The access to Les Coches couldn't be simpler; approximately 2 hours from Lyon or Geneva airports (less from Chambery and Grenoble) by car. The TGVs (high speed trains) stop at Landry station, only a 10 minute taxi ride to Les Coches.
