Description
Five things our current owners love about their home:
1. We love how spacious our downstairs rooms are, particularly when we have family and friends over. Having a separate lounge and dining room means there`s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. We`ve had some brilliant games nights here, and it`s been lovely having a home where we can comfortably bring people together without feeling short of space.
2. Our back garden has been one of our favourite places to spend time. We love that it gets the sun throughout the day, making it brilliant for sitting outside, having friends round or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon. Another huge advantage is how little maintenance it needs, so we can spend more time relaxing rather than looking after it.
3. We`re so lucky to have Carrigan`s practically on our doorstep! It`s brilliant being able to head out for a lovely meal without having to travel anywhere. Whether it`s a spontaneous dinner or a special occasion, having such a popular restaurant just across the street has been a real bonus.
4. Our location has been incredibly convenient for getting around. We`re well positioned for motorway connections and train stations, which makes commuting, visiting family or heading further afield straightforward. We love having that convenience while still enjoying a quieter residential setting.
5. We`ve been fortunate to have the best neighbours, and that`s something we`ll genuinely miss. Everyone is friendly, and there`s a really nice atmosphere around the area. Despite being so convenient for local amenities and transport, our neighbourhood is quiet, making it a lovely place to come home to.
One of the home`s most memorable features is its impressive lounge. A vaulted ceiling with exposed timber beams and roof windows creates a wonderful sense of height, while natural light adds to the bright, airy atmosphere. A feature fireplace provides a cosy focal point, complemented by attractive wood effect flooring and plenty of room for comfortable seating. Whether it`s a quiet evening in front of the television or a weekend relaxing with family, this is a room with real personality.
Equally appealing is the separate dining room, a brilliant space for bringing everyone together. Currently accommodating a six seater dining table, its proportions allow for additional furniture without feeling crowded. Crisp white walls, warm flooring and a stylish sliding barn style door give this room a fresh, contemporary feel. Family celebrations, dinner parties and games nights can all be enjoyed here, with enough space to entertain comfortably.
Towards the rear of the property, a well equipped kitchen features cream cabinetry with contrasting timber effect edging, light worktops and a range of integrated cooking appliances. An excellent arrangement of cupboards and work surfaces provides practical storage and preparation space, while a window overlooking the garden keeps the room feeling bright. French doors lead directly outside, making it easy to move between the kitchen and garden during warmer weather.
A separate utility room provides valuable additional storage and laundry space, keeping household essentials neatly away from the main living areas.
Completing the ground floor is a convenient bathroom with a bath, WC and wash hand basin, offering flexibility for families and visiting guests.
Upstairs, three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation with options to suit different needs.
Decorated in soft, calming tones, the main bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with room for a double bed and additional furniture. A fitted wardrobe provides useful storage, while a window allows natural light to fill the space.
Bedroom two is another well proportioned room, currently arranged with twin beds. Its bright interior and practical layout make it particularly suitable for children sharing, although it could just as easily accommodate a guest bedroom or alternative furniture arrangement.
Completing the bedroom accommodation is a third room, currently used as a child`s bedroom. With space for a single bed and storage furniture, it could also work beautifully as a nursery or home office.
A particularly attractive feature upstairs is the contemporary shower room. Large format marble effect wall tiles, a glazed walk in shower, modern vanity unit and chrome fittings create a stylish finish, bringing a touch of luxury to everyday routines.
Outside, a low maintenance rear garden offers a fantastic setting for relaxing and entertaining. Timber decking leads to a covered seating area, creating a sheltered spot for outdoor dining, summer drinks or catching up with friends. A combination of paving and enclosed boundaries keeps upkeep manageable, allowing more time to enjoy the space.
According to the current owners, sunshine reaches the rear garden throughout the day, making it a particularly enjoyable place to spend warmer afternoons and evenings.
To the front, an enclosed garden with lawn and a curved pathway adds to the property`s kerb appeal, while the attractive brick exterior gives the home a welcoming first impression.
For buyers looking for a home with flexible living space, distinctive features and an outdoor area designed for enjoying rather than maintaining, Bryson Court offers plenty to get excited about.
