Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kampus is so central that everything is a very short walk away. There are plenty of places to eat and drink on site with the added commercials (especially Pollen) and you’re never too far from a tram or a train.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything is dealt with very promptly, maintenance requests are usually dealt with within 24 hours which is really helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We viewed a similar apartment as the one we live in now was occupied at the time. It would’ve been great to view beforehand to see the view from the apartment, but this also couldn’t be helped!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Public transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and trains. The city centre is also very close, making it convenient for both work and daily life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been friendly and responsive whenever I have raised an issue. They communicate clearly and are helpful in arranging maintenance when needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I would tell a new neighbour is that you really do not need a car here. Most everyday essentials are within walking distance, and the city centre and transport links are very easy to reach.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve been really happy since we moved in, the local amenities are fabulous; with a small Sainsbury’s right downstairs, the gym and the cinema room/ private dining room, we have everything we could need. The only thing we’d be really grateful for if you could bring in, is a microwave in the Co-working space so we can heat up our food whilst we’re doing work down there as we don’t actually have a microwave in our flat. Thank you!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, we’ve logged one maintenance request and they responded within 24 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We weren’t able to actually view our flat due to tenants atill occupying it, which was fine, but that meant that we didn’t know exactly what furniture was going to be in our flat as the one we viewed had a different sofa.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kampus is in an excellent central location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and transport links nearby. The area is very convenient, although it can sometimes be busy and noisy at night. I have recommend my cousin to stay in Kampus .( she currently just moved into Kampus).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very fast and quick in responding to problems or issue raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I could I would have choosen unit not facing the road, it get dusty and a litte noisy during the day.

    Manager's response

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying Kampus, particularly the central location, communal spaces and the responsiveness of our team when issues are raised. We also really appreciate your recommendation to your cousin! Thank you for your comments regarding the co-working and study spaces, including the lighting and availability of desks. We’ll certainly take this feedback on board as we continue to look at how we can improve the resident experience. Your comments around road-facing apartments and daytime noise are also helpful for us to understand. We’re delighted to hear that you would recommend Kampus and hope you and your cousin continue to enjoy living here! Wishing you all the best in your time living at Kampus here as part of our growing community.
