Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Centrally located with a bus service outside the building that takes you into the city centre within a few minutes, where there are two train stations from which you have access to anywhere in the country. There is also a coach station nearby that will take you directly to Birmingham, Heathrow and Gatwick airports. While there are 2 corner shops in the area, needs a supermarket. It desperately needs visitor parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Requests are dealt with in a timely manner, especially by the Property Manager.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can't think of anything at present. I really enjoyed living at Hairpin.
Manager's response4Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review of your experience at Hairpin House. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed living at Hairpin and that you found the building to be well maintained, conveniently located and welcoming. It’s particularly lovely to hear your kind words about Megan and the wider management team. We pride ourselves on being responsive and approachable, so your feedback is greatly appreciated and will certainly be shared with the team. Thank you also for highlighting the lack of visitor parking and the need for a nearby supermarket. We really value feedback like this, as it helps us understand what is important to our residents and where there may be opportunities to improve. It’s wonderful to hear that you would recommend us as a landlord, and we’re so pleased that Hairpin felt like home during your time with us. We wish you all the very best for the future and thank you again for being part of the Hairpin community.
