Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area around 219 Baker Street is excellent, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Marylebone High Street is also nearby, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. Regent’s Park is only a few minutes away, which is great for walking, running and relaxing. Transport links are extremely convenient, with Baker Street Underground Station just a minute away, Marylebone Station nearby and plenty of bus connections. The main downside is that Baker Street can be quite busy, particularly during rush hour, resulting in some traffic noise. Overall, the area feels safe, lively and well maintained, with excellent amenities and everything needed for everyday life close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issue was resolved within less than 24 hours, usually even within a couple of hours after raising jt.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartments towards the back of the building are totally quiet compared to the ones facing Baker Street.

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoy the building’s modern design, convenient location, and well-maintained communal areas. It’s especially encouraging to know that our management team has been able to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. We appreciate your feedback regarding the difference in noise levels between apartments facing Baker Street and those at the rear of the building, as this is valuable information for prospective residents.
