3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is good for being close to amenities - It is a short walk away from Queen Street, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. There are also a few bowling alleys and other entertainment venues nearby, and it’s close to university, as well as Cardiff Central station and Cardiff bus interchange, so transport links are decent. Being as the complex is on the same road as CACV college, the street does get very busy on weekdays, so it can be a bit crowded to walk though. It is also noisy at peak times if you have your windows open. There is a lot of litter around, which isn’t my favourite, but that is an issue in central cardiff generally.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff have dealt with issues quite swiftly and well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Although the actual building and staff are nice, it does house a lot of people, and you can’t really control how other residents might treat the space, and so I wish I had considered that a bit more before moving in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The great aspects are how close we are too town, the bay and Bute Park for walks with our puppy. Especially the range of different shops like coop and Morrisons which is in our building. Living in this area can be loud and some nights people outside have been loud along with some neighbours but it’s a small price to pay when you live so close to the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been quick to help us with any issues we have and have been very supportive and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything we have experienced has been excellent so there is nothing that I needed to know after we’ve moved in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The range of local amenities is amazing! It’s lovely living so close to town but just enough away from all of the noise and commotion. The only thing is the lack of transport to this area. there are no bus routes that go down this street even though there are bus stops built.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever there are any issues the team are always very attentive and kind and understanding and most importantly willing to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There really isn’t anything I wish i had known before moving here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here is incredibly convenient. The range and quality of local amenities are fantastic; it is just a 7-minute walk to Cardiff Bay, allowing easy access to the waterfront, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Additionally, the city centre is only a 10-minute walk away for major shopping and entertainment. Transport links are excellent, with Cardiff Central train station just a 7-minute walk away, and a bus stop located right across the road on the opposite side of the building. Cardiff and Vale College is literally around the corner, which makes it super convenient for me to attend my Spanish lessons. Overall, the neighbourhood vibe is pleasant with minimal disruptions.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response is always swift and professional. There's a convenient app where I can report any problems or issues, and I usually get a reply within a working day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't know it'd have taken so long for the gym to be ready which is honestly the only bad thing I can think of.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is perfect, smack in the middle of the city centre and Cardiff Bay. It's only 15 minutes either side and super close to Cardiff Central Train Station. It is right across from Depot, and it can get a little loud, but not too late.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues we have had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The girls did a great job of ensuring that we knew exactly what we were getting into before we moved in, nothing came as a surprise.
