5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nice place to live. Near tram stop. Very quiet. Near the Sheffield university, with some shops and parks around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Love the reception team. Always willing to help.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is very conveniently located off the motorway and within walking distance to the city centre and train station. Shame there isn’t a large supermarket closer, the nearest is an M&S or Iceland at Crown Point.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually respond fast to any problems which normally involves the doors. As this happens quite a lot the root cause probably isnt being looked into however, instead of resetting/disabling for a period of time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The lack of natural light that enters the flats on the eastern side as blocked all day by nearby building.

I never knew there was a rooftop complex giving you views from the 16th floor !
