There's a vegetable garden, an orchard, a well and two lovely traditional stone outbuildings, full of character and ready to be put to whatever use suits you best. There's also plenty of parking and a covered outdoor area.

A peaceful little hamlet, with a walking trail close by, perfect for heading out and exploring the countryside.

The village is just a 10-minute cycle ride away, with everything you need for day-to-day life, and the lovely Ille-et-Rance Canal running through it. A little further on, there's the Étang de Bétineuc, with its woodland walks and charming waterside guinguette.

A wonderful location in a lively, welcoming community, ideally placed between Rennes and Saint-Malo.
