Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You can't get more central. Cardiff Central is on the doorstep, so trains to London, Bristol and the Valleys are a two-minute walk. The city centre is just across the tracks, with St David's, the market and more restaurants and bars than I'll ever get round to. The Taff is right there for a walk, and the Bay is easy to reach in the other direction. Downsides? There's building work going on around the station and it gets busy on match days. That's the trade-off for being this central, and I'd take it every time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly, every time. Anything I've raised, however small, has been picked up straight away and sorted without me having to chase. There's always someone on hand, day or night, and they keep you posted on what's happening.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much difference the staff would make. You can see the building is smart on a viewing. What you can't see is the team behind it, or how quickly you get to know your neighbours. If I'd known, I'd have stopped looking at other places much sooner. Tip for anyone moving in: ask the team for their local recommendations. They know the area inside out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fantastic, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces all within easy walking distance. Transport links are excellent, and the location is convenient for getting around Cardiff. The street is quiet, clean and feels safe, with everything you need close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have always been friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we have had any questions or issues. Communication has been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know that any concerns are dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known is just how convenient the location is. Having shops, restaurants, bars and transport links so close makes day to day life really easy. The building is also quieter and more comfortable than you might expect from a central location, which has been a really pleasant surprise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its a really amazing area right on the river. Close enough to town centre to easily walk while still feeling like you live in your own area and not right in the centre. The quad outside the front of the building is still under construction but there is word from the team that some promising commercial units will start filling in soon after its all done.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building as responded to maintenance issues well so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

it would have been good to have known the electricity setup would be such that you don't get to pick your own provider. There is still some confusion on what will happen with how this will be setup and charged.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is fantastic! I just wish it were closer to the city centre or had amenities nearby, like a supermarket or a coffee shop. It will be even better once the surrounding maintenance work is done!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is helpful and always ready to assist with any issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The construction work makes access to the building a bit harder. Hope it finishes soon!

    Jul 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've taken a two-bedroom apartment high in the tower, with a balcony and a dual outlook over the river and the city, which is exactly the space and view I'd hoped for in Cardiff. The interiors are high-spec, the layout uses the room well, and the amenities really set the place apart: a private cinema, podcast and recording studios, roof terraces and residents' lounges, with the gym and fitness studios due to open later in the year. The leasing and move-in were handled smoothly and professionally, Ruta gave me a thorough set of viewings, Leah and Isabel guided me through the application, and Randall, Anna and Llyr made the move-in itself easy. A genuinely impressive building and a fantastic place to call home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really well so far. On the few occasions I've raised a question, the reply has come back quickly and helpfully, and the team follow through rather than leaving things hanging. Knowing there are staff on site around the clock is genuinely reassuring, it means anything that does come up can be sorted without delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The main thing is that the application and referencing stage can be more of a slog than a viewing would suggest, especially if you don't have a standard salaried income. In my case a few points I'd raised got overlooked and so it took some patience and chasing to get through. It's well worth persevering, though, because once you're in, the building and the team are excellent. So go in prepared for the referencing to take a little effort, and don't be put off, the experience on the other side is a really good one.
