- The property is included in a building scheme created under transfers made by Reform (22) Housing Association Limited. The Transfer dated 31 January 1989 sets out the mutual restrictive covenants that apply to properties in that scheme — for example, these typically restrict certain alterations, uses or types of buildings. The exact restrictions and the area affected are described in that Transfer (copy in the title).
- Registration restriction: no Transfer or Assent by the proprietor is to be registered except with the consent of Manor Court (South Brent) Management Company Limited (of 9 Manor Court, Totnes Road, South Brent TQ10 9RA), unless the Registrar orders otherwise. In short, you cannot register a change of ownership without that company's consent (unless the Registrar directs otherwise).
- The current proprietor has covenanted to observe and perform the covenants referred to in the Charges Register and has given an indemnity in respect of them. This means the owner (and therefore a buyer on completion) will be bound by the building-scheme covenants and by the indemnity described in the Transfer.
