Old country house with barn and plot of land situated in a big village 60 km northeast of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors connected via short external staircase. The ground floor has corridor and three premises which served as basement and storage rooms. The second level has entrance hall, corridor, two bedrooms and living room with kitchenette. The property has running water and electricity as well as fresh water well. Further into the yard one can find an old barn. The place had been empty for many years now and that is why it requires a certain amount of time and money to be spend on it in order to be brought back to good, usable state.
