A fantastic Second Floor apartment on the beautiful La Torre Golf Resort, situated just next to the Resort's Town Centre with it's choice of bars and restaurants and only a 2 min walk from the large well-stocked Supermarket.

On entering the property you come into a large lounge area with large glass doors leading to the the terrace directly ahead of you. Turning a sharp left bring you to a large galley kitchen area which has had the worktops upgraded and has had a new Gas Boiler fitted. The kitchen is fully equipped and is a great size.
The lounge is also a good size and comes fully furnished and has an upgraded AC unit (hot and cold).
The family bathroom has also been completly upgraded from the original with large walk-in shower and all units replaced. It has been completely modernised.
Both bedrooms are a good size - the guest room is to the rear of the apartment looking towards the front of the building (entrance side) and has been set up with a double bed and also has large doors making the room nice and bright. There is a ceiling fan and pre-installation of AC making this an easy process if you wish to add the unit to this bedroom at a later date. There is an intergrated double wardrobe. The Master Bedroom is the same side as the gardens/pool area and also has direct access to the large terrace (which leads from the lounge) through large glass doors making the room nice and bright. There is also a large 'quadruple' wardrobe here and the bedroom has been fitted with an AC unit.

The lounge is a great size with large glass doors leading a larger-than-standard terrace with views over a large communal garden/pool area.
