5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the things I appreciated most was how convenient everything was. Whether it was shopping, grabbing a coffee, getting to work or meeting friends, I rarely felt like I needed to go out of my way. Having so much nearby made everyday life really straightforward. I also found the area had a good balance to it. It feels well connected and busy enough to have everything you need, but there are still plenty of places nearby to slow down. The transport links were such an advantage too. Having both the Underground and National Rail within a short walk made travelling across London simple and I never felt disconnected from the rest of the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team were always responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Having a team available 24/7 gave real peace of mind, as there was always someone on hand if needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There wasn't much that caught me off guard. If anything, I wish I'd known more about the local area beforehand, as there was far more nearby than I initially realised

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My stay at Ferry Island was great, starting with the warm welcome from concierge team Roberto, Jessica and Milan. The terrace on the 7th floor is fantastic, whether you want to relax and unwind or enjoy lunch outdoors. The apartment is bright and spacious, and having access to the building through different entrances is very convenient. Another great feature is the concierge service. You can contact the team directly via the intercom whenever you need assistance or have any questions. The service is excellent, and the team is always there to help. Overall, a wonderful stay with great amenities, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-quality service!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Ferry Island in Tottenham Hale honestly felt special. I didn’t expect to fall in love with the area as much as I did, but it surprised me in the best way. The mix of new cafés, shops and open spaces made everyday life easy and enjoyable. I spent so many evenings walking by the River Lea or heading into the Wetlands — it became my peaceful escape. Transport links couldn’t be better, with the Victoria Line and trains right there, making everything feel close. The streets felt safe, clean and friendly, and even though parking can be tight, it never overshadowed how good the area felt. It’s a neighbourhood that grows on you quickly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been brilliant. They respond quickly, follow up properly and make sure everything is resolved. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how peaceful and beautiful the Wetlands are — they became one of my favourite parts of living here. Also, the area is improving constantly, with new shops and cafés opening all the time. It’s a neighbourhood that keeps getting better.
