Old rural house with barn and plot of land situated in a quiet village 25 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is located within the limits of the settlement. The house has two floors connected through short external staircase. The ground level consists of corridor, storage room, living room with kitchenette and shower room. The second floor has sitting area, corridor and three bedrooms. The house had been empty for almost a decade now which is the main reason why it is a bit neglected and in need of good cleanup and some renovations. The yard is separated in two sections - front section, which holds the house, some trees and a flower patch, and backyard which in the past was shared between the animals (chicken, geese, sheep, turkeys, etc.) and the vegetable garden. The property has running water and electricity but it also has a fresh water well which is used jointly by this property and the neighboring house which is still a common practice in the rural areas. The center of the village, the mayor`s office, post office, café-bar and shop are at around 7-8 minutes walking distance. The nearest town is the seat of the local council and is 8 km away from here. There one can find emergency room, police station, train station, administrative services, many shops, café-bars, restaurant, gas station, pharmacy, school and kindergarten, etc. There are two bigger towns within about half an hour of driving from the property - the cities of Vratsa and Montana. Vratsa is the regional capital city for the area and as such offers many amenities and interesting places to go and visit. The area where the house is situated is nice and quiet. The surrounding landscape is mainly fields and hills which contributes to the main business in the area, farming, therefore one can expect plenty of peace, quiet and fresh air all the time. The national capital city Sofia and Sofia International Airport are just about two hours away from here. Old rural property with quiet location and lots of potential.
